This tutorial will explain how to download data from your rutorrent seedbox to your computer through HTTP, the HTTP download takes place inside the rutorrent webui.

Some ISP's throttle FTP traffic so HTTP downloads my be the fastest method to get the data from your seedbox to your local computer.

On the middle bar you need to click the tab that is labeled files now you need to right click the file you wish to download and go to "get data"

The only downside to using this download method is you need to manually click each file to download which can be quite tedious.
