Cancellation:

While we pride ourselves on the service we offer we know we can not satisfy every customer every time. We will work with any customer to work out any problems you may have.All cancellations will result in no refunds.Minimal Contract Duration: 1 Month.

Refunds:

All payments that are made to us are not refundable, We must also remind you that hosting is a virtual service, it is not a physical good.Any paypal disputes raised with us will be referred to this terms of service you agreed to, any customers raising paypal disputes will have there services terminated. If you fail to comply to these terms of services your account will be suspended and or terminated without warning.

Usage Policy

We allow unrestricted downloading from public trackers but uploading to public trackers is automatically restricted.

While using any service provided by us you agree to follow our usage policy. You agree to not use our hosting services or seedboxes for any of the following:

* Distributing fake torrents for example pay per install.

* Any malware and virus distribution

* Phishing and any form of fraud

* Any type of script and or file that tries to interfere with another's website, server and or home connection (DDoS attacks)

Account Setup

The longest time for a shared seedbox to be set up is 24 hours, dedicated seedboxes and servers are normally delivered within 72 hours.

Back ups and lost data

We do not guarantee to keep back ups of any of your data and or files, hard disks can fail and this is out of our control.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services without any warning, however this is only done in extreme circumstances.
