Do you provide refunds?
If you submit a cancellation request and forget to cancel the Paypal subscription let us know and we will process an immediate refund.
If your unhappy with the service in the first seven days and want to cancel we can process a refund but this will be minus the days you have used the service and any transaction fee we are charged to process the refund.
Refunds requests should be submitted through the support ticket system including the reason you want to cancel.
Once an order is refunded we will not accept another from the customer for a period of one year.
